Holistic therapy and life coaching combines traditional healing techniques with modern science to promote wholeness and wellbeing for individuals struggling with various health challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction or chronic pain. As a certified holistic therapist and life coach, I offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. These include Ayurvedic counselling, Yoga therapy, Naturopathy, guided meditation, Theta and Source Memory Healing Therapy and nutritional counselling, to mention a few. By tapping into your body's innate healing abilities, I help you to understand your unique body type and based on that we learn how to achieve optimal health, vitality, and balance. In addition to holistic therapy, I also offer life coaching services that are geared towards helping you achieve your life goals, overcome challenges, and live your best lives. Whether you need assistance with career growth, relationship issues, or personal development, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Our Cancellation Policy requires all clients to give at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling. If clients do not provide 24 hours' notice they will forfeit their deposit. We understand that life happens and are willing to work with clients on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon. Refund Policy At Beyond Zen Lifestyle, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. However, we only offer refunds in extreme cases and do not offer any refunds for services rendered. If you feel you are eligible for a refund, please contact us and we will assess the situation on a case by case basis. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your patronage.
